Cancel & Modify Policy

At OddicArt Bootique, we understand that customers may occasionally need to make changes to an order after it has been placed. This policy explains how order cancellations and modifications are handled.

Cancellation and Modification Timeframe

Customers may request to cancel or modify an order within 12 hours of placing it.

After this 12-hour period, orders may have already entered processing, packing, or shipment preparation. Once an order reaches these stages, we may no longer be able to make changes or cancel the order.

We encourage customers to review all order details carefully before completing their purchase.

What Can Be Modified

Within the allowed modification period, customers may request changes such as:

Changing the size of an item

Changing the color or style of an item

Updating the shipping address

Correcting contact information

Making other reasonable adjustments to order details

All modification requests are subject to product availability and order status at the time the request is received.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please contact us by email as soon as possible.

Please use the following email subject line:

Including your order number in the subject line helps us locate and process your request more efficiently.

How to Request an Order Modification

To request a modification, please send an email with the following subject line:

MODIFY ORDER #[Your Order Number]

In your message, please clearly explain the changes you would like to make. We will review the request and confirm whether the modification can be completed.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If a cancellation request is approved before the order enters processing or shipment preparation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 3–10 business days, depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Requests Submitted After the Allowed Timeframe

If a cancellation or modification request is submitted after the 12-hour window, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

Orders that have already entered processing, packing, production, or shipment preparation may no longer be eligible for cancellation or modification.

In such cases, customers may need to wait until the order is delivered and then refer to our Return & Refund Policy if applicable.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately.

We will make every reasonable effort to update the address before shipment. However, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered fulfillment or has already been shipped.

OddicArt Bootique is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
