Shipping Policy
At OddicArt Bootique, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent shipping experience for every customer. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered within the United States.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship throughout the United States, including all 48 contiguous states. We also support shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. territories where carrier services are available.
Orders can be delivered to residential addresses, business addresses, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO military addresses. Please note that shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, and military addresses may require additional transit time depending on the destination and carrier operations.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Processing takes place Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons or periods of unusually high demand, processing times may be extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you using the contact information provided with your order.
Order Cut-Off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Orders placed before the cut-off time on a business day will generally begin processing the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time
Once an order has been processed and dispatched, standard delivery typically takes between 5 and 10 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, seasonal demand, or destination-specific circumstances.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
No additional shipping charges will be applied at checkout unless otherwise stated for specific products, special services, or promotional events. Applicable taxes, if any, will be calculated separately during checkout.
Shipping Carriers
To ensure dependable delivery, we work with trusted shipping providers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL eCommerce, and other regional carriers when appropriate.
The carrier selected for a shipment may vary based on package size, destination, and current logistics availability.
Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to become active after the package has been handed over to the carrier. Customers can monitor the status of their shipment through the tracking link included in the shipping confirmation email.
If you have not received tracking information within a reasonable period after shipment confirmation, please contact our support team for assistance.
Changes or Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
After this period, your order may already be in processing or prepared for shipment, and we may no longer be able to make changes or cancellations. We will always do our best to accommodate requests whenever possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately. Address changes can generally be made only before an order has been shipped.
If a package is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees required for redelivery may be the customer's responsibility.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us investigate and resolve the issue, please provide your order number, photographs of the damaged item, photographs of the packaging, and a brief description of the damage. Once the information has been reviewed, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit where applicable.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package appears to be significantly delayed or tracking information indicates a potential delivery issue, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the situation and assist in finding a suitable resolution. Claims regarding lost shipments should be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Return to Sender
A shipment may be returned to the sender if the delivery address is incomplete or incorrect, if delivery attempts are unsuccessful, if the package is refused by the recipient, or if the package remains unclaimed.
If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to discuss available options. Additional shipping charges may apply if the package must be shipped again, unless the return resulted from an error on our part.
